Hey baby, where were you back there when I needed your help?
I thought that if I stuck my neck out I’d get you out of your shell
My faith is sick and my skin is thin as ever
I need you alone
Goodbyes always take us half an hour
Can’t we just go home?
But if this ever changin’ world
In which we live in
Makes you give in and cry
Say live and let die (live and let die)

Coffee Break at Roppongi
Ten years ago.
When taking this a young woman approached me and asked what I was photographing. I always hate these sort of things, because about 99% of the time I cannot really explain it Nor do I want to. But this was different for young women hardly ever approach me so directly to ask about that. Plus, her interest was not just the standard question, for I noticed a titanium Contax G2 around her neck. It turned out that she was a photography student at the university where I taught technical writing. She took out a box of black and white prints and told me that she was taking part in an exhibition to open in the area.
I later went to the exhibition, but afterward never saw her again. Every time I look at this photo, I think of her. And that mint Contax G2 around her neck.
